About the Chef

Chef Fraz A.

Born in Pakistan and raised in Texas, Chef Fraz is a lifelong Texan who trained in both cooking and baking at Tarrant County Community College. ServSafe Certified with experience across every major cuisine, he is a particular master of Mexican and Indo-Pakistani cooking.

Food is not just work — it is his entire world. He volunteers at the Meals on Wheels kitchen, contributing upwards of 3,000 meals daily to citizens in need. He reads about food, watches everything ever made about it, and counts Anthony Bourdain among his greatest influences.

In search of the best dishes and culinary lessons, he has traveled to Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, France, Hungary, Austria, and the Netherlands. That curiosity comes through in every plate.
